Course Description: DRAMA II and III: Character and Scene Study 1 & II- 10th, 11th, 12th
Semester ½ credit - Prerequisite Drama I- Intro to Acting
Prerequisite: Passed Drama I with a grade of A or B.
This course builds upon the skills and concepts learned in Drama I, while also incorporating more extensive performance, play analysis, and play writing. Students investigate and perform a professional audition monologue, analyze and perform a Shakespearean scene, and write and perform their own one-act plays. This is a performance and participation based class.
