Semester ½ credit- Prerequisites Art of Acting, Character and Scene Study I & II

Prerequisite:  Enrollment in this course is by teacher permission only and is based upon successful experiences in previous drama courses.

This course builds upon the skills and concepts learned in Art of Acting and Character and Scene Study I and II, but moves beyond these skills to introduce the student to the craft of directing, the function of a director in the creative process, and the in-class application of these principles.  Students will have the opportunity to work with Drama II students to practice and refine their own directing skills.
